Class Schedule
Next Level Bootcamp offers 30-minute cardio and strength workouts guaranteed to create healthier and stronger bodies. Our workouts target different muscle groups throughout the week, giving you the best results for your time. Every class is designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches work with members during each class to push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey and modify as needed. We can’t wait to meet you!
The following classes are offered at NLB. Be sure to scroll to the bottom to check out the schedule for the time and day of each class at one of our two locations.
BOOTCAMP: Our boot camp class is a full-body HIIT workout made up of 8 or 12 different stations. We work for 50 seconds/rest for 10 seconds at each station before rotating to the next station, repeating 1 round of every station 3 times.
(Every Monday and Saturday)
UPPER AND LOWER BODY STRENGTH: Our upper/lower body strength class is made up of 8 different stations focusing on isolated muscle groups at each station with dumbbells. We work for 50 seconds/rest for 10 seconds at each station before rotating to the next station, repeating 1 round of every station 3 times.
(Every Tuesday – Upper Body | Every Thursday – Lower Body)
TABATA: Our Tabata class is a full-body HIIT workout. We work for 20 seconds at a max heart rate/rest for 10 seconds, repeating 6 or 8 times before moving to the next exercise.
(Every Friday)
BURNOUT: Our Burnout class is a full-body HIIT workout made up of 8 different stations. We work for 45 seconds/rest for 15 seconds, and repeat each station 3 times before moving to the next.

YOGA: Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Our yoga classes are 45 minutes. The class provides mats or feel free to provide your own mat at each class.
